ClearStream Psychology is seeking a registered or provisional psychologist to join our growing practice as a full-time or part-time contractor. We specialize in supervising and mentoring early career psychologists to develop clinical expertise and a thriving practice.

We’re looking for a psychologist who:

  • Is registered or provisionally registered in Alberta.

  • Wants to start or grow a private practice without the hassle of running a business.

  • Values strong therapeutic alliances with diverse clients.

  • Uses high-quality evidence-based treatments grounded in a CBT approach - such as CBT, ACT, Unified Protocol, ERP, PE, CPT, DBT, Behavioural Activation, Schema Therapy, and more.

  • Works with clinical conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, ADHD, BFRBs, eating disorders, and insomnia AND/OR physical health conditions such as chronic fatigue, pain, disability, cancer, diabetes, and migraines.

  • Provides general assessment and differential diagnosis for the conditions they treat.

  • Works with adults – and perhaps with older teens, couples, and/or families.

  • Wants to work at least 3 days per week.

  • Offers daytime availability as well as some evening and/or weekend hours.

  • Is open to providing services both virtually and in-person.

  • Holds (or will obtain) valid liability and malpractice insurance, and complete a criminal record check and vulnerable sector check.

  • Is able to work independently within a supportive group of colleagues.

  • Values regular consultation, continuing education, reflective practice, and professional growth.
